How do I place an order?

To place your order, choose the product that you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Then, proceed to the checkout page where you will fill in your personal information in English and pay for the order. Make sure to complete all steps in the payment procedure when paying so that we can capture the amount and ship your order.

Was my order successful?

You should receive an email confirmation within an hour of placing the order. There may be an issue with the order if you don't receive an email confirmation. Please contact us immediately via email at info@feezoo.com.

How do you ship my packages?

Feezoo.com partners with global merchants and artisans to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you ship worldwide?

We offer international shipping options too. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world - no matter where you are, you can buy from us!

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 3-5 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way (please email us for tracking at info@feezoo.com)

Do you provide tracking info?

Yes, you will receive an email which contains your tracking information once your order has been shipped.

If your tracking is saying "no information available at the moment" please be patient since, for some shipping companies, it takes 2-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If you have any questions and concerns please contact us at info@feezoo.com.

THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER STOPPED UPDATING, WHAT HAPPENED?

If you're buying from outside of the U.S. (particularly in Canada), your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation! Note: Canada's customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately.

Note: if for some reason your order is never released by customs, we'll send you a replacement!

How do I use discount codes?

Your discount code can be added at checkout. The discount will immediately be discounted from the total sum while applying the coupon. Please note that you can only use one discount code per order.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistic reasons, they will be separate most of the time.
